How long will it take for my personalised item to arrive?
We work hard to get your handmade personalised items to you within 7 days. For urgent or time sensitive orders, please get in touch before ordering. Please allow an extra 2 days for the Royal Mail to deliver. Overseas customers please allow 14 days.
How will my item be posted?
We post all items 1st Class with the Royal Mail. Some larger items or heavy custom orders will be sent via Parcelforce.
How do you post overseas items?
We post overseas items via 1st Class Tracked and Signed with the Royal Mail. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred when receiving a Jessalli product abroad. We will label and state the value and description of your items clearly and honestly. Any extra costs or taxes must be paid by yourself and checked before ordering.
How much is postage and packing?
We have a flat rate shipping on all items so whether you buy 1 or 10, the shipping will be the same price. Making it easier for you to shop with us.
Can I return my item?
How do I pay?
At Jessalli we like to ensure that your money is secure. That is why we deal with PayPal, we find they offer a great service for everyone. If you have a PayPal account, you’ll know how easy it is, so you can proceed with easy payments when buying your favourite Jessalli items.

I've booked a workshop, what do I do now?
If you've booked onto a workshop in our Dorset Sewing School, please check the listing for what you need to bring with you. We will get in touch via email nearer the workshop date to remind you.
